Jr. Account Executive

Openings for full-time entry level account executive position.

Successful candidates will be highly motivated - high energy achievers and have experience in selling high technology products into professional organizations. This position will focus on identifying leads, qualifying leads and building long lasting relationships. Candidate must have strong communication skills and be comfortable on the phone. It is recommended but not required to have 2+ years of sales experience.

Day to Day Functions:

• Selling McAfee and TelAlert business products, trainings and services
• Practicing inside and outside sales activities
• Flexibility to travel to on-site face to face meetings
• Prioritizing activities and management to ensure strategic account management
• Developing and maintaining high level client relationships
• Providing accurate and timely reports including forecasts and activities
• Diligently using, maintaining and updating customer information using CRM

Telemarketing Associate

Successful candidates will be highly motivated - high energy achievers and have experience in selling high technology products into professional organizations. This position will focus on identifying leads, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments. Candidate must have strong communication skills and be comfortable on the phone. It is recommended but not required to have 2+ years of relevant experience.

Day to Day Functions:

• Perform outbound telephone calls and emails to prospective customers (prospects) to identify and create sales opportunities
• Receive and respond appropriately to telephone and email enquiries
• Perform follow-up calls in response to request for information
• Set up and manage prospecting demonstrations
• Qualification of sales opportunities to identify suitability for attention by sales
• Maintain precise recordings of all telephone calls and enquiries in the company CRM
• Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills as required for the position
